This Position reports to:

Engineering Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities:

1.Work with project management department to clarify and define order information.

2.Make the product outline drawing, connection drawing and other customer drawings, and other technical documentation,and guarantee timeliness and high quality.

3.Do detail mechanical design to provide all kinds of required drawings and documents ,and guarantee timeliness and high quality.

4.Use engineering specific design software, generate and maintain the bill of materials, guarantee the integrity of material information required by order fulfillment process.

Qualifications for the Role

  1. A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Energy, or a related field.

  2. Over 3 years of professional experience as a Mechanical Engineer.

  3. Strong technical expertise in the design and engineering of electrical machines, along with a fundamental understanding of manufacturing and quality control procedures.

4.Comprehensive knowledge of materials and their manufacturing processes.

  1. Candidates with experience in cost reduction initiatives and sourcing activities will be given preference.

6.Proficiency in Office applications, AutoCAD, SAP, 3D modeling software (such as I-DEAS), Finite Element Method (FEM) software, and Product Data Management (PDM) systems (such as Teamcenter).

7.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to grasp complex concepts, think critically and factually, and maintain an open-minded approach.

8.Exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken English.
