This position reports to: Quality Specialist

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions division in San Luis Potosi.

Work model: Onsite

Responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Reporting quality issues data, ensuring adherence to quality management system at all stages
• Acquiring and reporting quality metrics and KPIs accurately and in a timely manner to facilitate the analysis and management of local processes
• Utilizing measurement systems to produce data that reflect the accurate characteristics of materials, products, systems, and processes
• Conduct Problem Resolution Process
• Responsible for quality inspection process and defects reduction
• Assist the Quality team in implementing and maintaining a quality system, including conducting audits, establishing controls, training on tools and methodologies
• Support activities related to quality management within the organizational unit
• Showcase expertise by reporting quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer cases and maintaining process documentation

Qualifications

• Technical Career Certification or Bachelors degree in Engineering required
• 1 year experience in Quality areas
• MS Office tools proficiency
• Knowledge of quality tools (5whys, 8Ds, Control Charts)
• Mechanical and Electrical drawings reading required
• ISO9001 basic knowledge
• Medium English
• Preferred: Additional qualifications beyond minimum requirements
