About the Role

This position reports to: IS Dep Manager-Ops Technology & Business

The work model for the role is: #LI_hybrid

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be accountable to deliver and orchestrate the delivery of Information Systems (IS) service line operations activities. Each day, you will coordinate with and supervise internal and/or external third-party supplier resources for the effective delivery and operational performance of the services in scope. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.

This role is contributing to the Security Risk and Compliance Organization Globally. Main stakeholders are Security teams, Information Systems teams across global services and business areas.

Responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Fulfilling the service requests in the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and collaborating with IS Service Owner to define the domain service catalog
  • Reviewing SLAs and corresponding service monitoring and controlling metrics to identify rightsizing opportunities
  • Dedicating resources to monitor problem volumes, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) quality, solution timelines, and following up on potential improvement opportunities
  • Deploying and operating the OT-IDS Solutions (e.g. Claroty, Nozomi) and tooling as part of our OT Security services across ABB. This includes OT Asset Management, OT Vulnerability Management and OT Incident Reporting. While these services are not business critical as in downtime directly impacting our production, but it does impact on our OT Security visibility. The focus of this position is on the technical aspects of service operations e.g. OT-IDS operations
  • Driving the technical support of onboarding of new sites, this includes the onsite deployment of the OT-IDS sensors integration in the central management console
  • Keeping the OT-IDS Solutions operational and address any issues that operationally can impact the solutions, their operations as well as the site in which they are deployed
  • Driving the support to users of these OT-IDS Solutions with any reported issues, change requests or other faced challenges

Qualifications

Required:

  • 10+ years of experience, with relevant OT security experience of 5 years
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • OT-IDS (Claroty, Nozomi or similar) technical certifications
  • Strong global experience, especially in collaborating with distributed teams on security topics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, possessing confidence when engaging senior stakeholders

Preferred:

  • CISSP certification
  • GICSP certification
  • IEC62443 related certifications
