Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
This role is contributing to the EL smart power in Xiamen China.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Assist in issuing tax invoices
- Send electronic invoices to customer
- Maintain proper registration and recording of invoices and accounting entries
- Contract document classification, scanning, organization and archiving
- Support other related departmental tasks
Qualifications for the role
- Full-time undergraduate student currently enrolled with major in Finance , Economics, International trade…etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Familiar with basic financial knowledge
- Meticulous, careful and highly responsible
- Strong learning motivation
- Excellent communication skills
