Your role and responsibilities

Conduct testing and checking activities during the manufacturing process. Perform tests or checks by following procedures and instructions defined in manuals and test scripts. 在生产过程中执行产品测试、及检验活动。根据程序文件和检验文件中的定义执行测试及检验。

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Perform tests or checks by following procedures and instructions defined in manuals and test scripts. 根据程序文件和检验文件中的定义执行测试、及检验。
• First article, process check and final check during production line , feedback no-conformity timely ; avoid leakage checking. 各工序产品的首件检验、巡检、成品最终检验，及时反馈不合格信息；防止漏检的发生。
• Check rework order by production , insure the product is good to stock. 对生产完成返工的产品进行复检；确保产品的合格率。
• Safety work during checking, submit Hazard report timely. Finish the other checking work from Quality engineer and tester leader. 检验过程中安全操作，按时提交安全隐患报告;完成工程师及检验领班安排的其他临时性检验工作。

Qualifications for the role:

• Vocational school education or above, Mechanical and Automation Major is plus. 中专及以上学历，机械及自动化专业优先。
• 1-2 years MCB or socket and switch product checking experience is preferred. 1-2年断路器、及开关插座类产品检验工作者优先考虑。
• Familiar with checking device, such as caliper , Oscilloscope and multimeter. 熟练使用测试及检验设备，如示卡尺，示波器，万用表等。
• Can read drawing during checking . 具备识图能力。
• Active and principle, team work spirit, can accept shift work. 工作积极主动、认真负责、坚持原则，具备团队合作精神，能适应白、夜班两班轮换工作制度。
