岗位职责:

  • 1. 客户关系管理:
  • 维护与现有客户的关系,确保客户满意度,并通过高效沟通和问题解决推动持续的业务合作。
  • 定期与客户进行反馈沟通,深入了解客户需求,确保公司提供的服务和解决方案持续满足或超越客户预期。
  • 2. 价值销售:
  • 深入理解ABB机器人及其服务解决方案的技术价值,能够通过工程技术背景向客户有效传达产品的独特优势,推动销售业绩。
  • 3. 市场分析:
  • 进行市场趋势分析,研究竞争对手,并结合技术背景提出有价值的销售策略建议。
  • 4. 售后服务协调:
  • 处理客户的售后服务请求,跟进服务进度,以技术为导向确保客户问题得到及时和有效的解决,提升客户满意度。
  • 开展客户满意度调查,分析反馈,持续改进服务质量,以提升客户忠诚度。
  • 5. 销售文档管理:
  • 管理和更新客户档案及销售相关文件,确保所有技术和销售信息准确无误。
  • 6. 培训与发展:
  • 为客户及内部团队提供技术导向的产品及服务培训支持,确保他们能够充分理解和应用ABB的解决方案。

职位要求:

  • 本科或以上学历,机械工程、电气工程、自动化、控制工程或相关工科专业背景优先。

  • 3年及以上工业产品销售经验,有售后或服务相关销售经验优先

  • 优秀的中英文书面及口头沟通能力,能够将复杂的技术概念转化为客户易于理解的商业价值。

  • 快速学习新技术和产品的能力,尤其是在工业机器人领域,具备将技术优势转化为销售机会的能力。

  • 具有良好的团队合作精神,能够在跨职能团队中工作,协调技术和销售资源以达成目标。

  • 熟练使用Microsoft Office,特别是Excel和PowerPoint,能够处理复杂的技术数据和制作专业报告。

  • 强大的时间管理能力,能够在压力下有效工作,确保按时交付客户期望的解决方案。
