Your Role: Own the Challenge

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement people strategies through the effective execution of HR processes. Each day, you will provide end‑to‑end HR support to a defined business area or location by partnering closely with managers. You will also act as a trusted advisor, representing HR within the business and building strong relationships with leaders and employees at all levels.

The work model for the role is: Onsite

This role supports the ED NEMA Enclosures Business Line and is based at the Ramos Arizpe manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure an effective overall HR contribution and value‑add to the business in partnership with functional teams and Shared Services.
  • Support the business through the execution of HR processes across the full employee lifecycle, determining and delivering the most effective HR approaches within the assigned scope of responsibility.
  • Partner with managers to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive leadership effectiveness and capability building initiatives.
  • Manage labor relations while ensuring integrity, compliance, and excellence in HR governance.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives and drive behavior change and continuous improvement across the assigned business area.
  • Accelerate talent, succession planning, and internal mobility.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 6 years in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR role.
  • Advanced English and Spanish proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leadership to drive organizational development and change management initiatives.
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using HR metrics, data insights, and HRIS systems to support decision‑making.
  • Availability to travel; a valid U.S. visa and passport are desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
