This Position reports to: HR Business Partner

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Establishes strong relationships with business leaders and acting as consultant, accountable for the total HR offering to the business by leveraging Functional Expertise.
• Provides leadership and guidance to ensure that the area of responsibility is appropriately organized, staffed, skilled and directed.
• Coaches, motivates, and develops talent to build an effective, capable, and high performing team.
• Support Hub HR leader on managing HR program and processes roll out. Share and develop best practices across the wider HR community.

Qualifications for the Role

• Bachelor's/master's degree, 5-8 years of experience in HR relevant field, HRBP experience is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and good at data analysis.
• Having adaptability and willingness to explore the unknown and learn new skills, e.g. AI tools.
• Highly independent and motivated to thrive in new environment.
• Excellent communications skills and ability to interact with diverse group.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
