This Position reports to: Field Service Manager

About the Role

En tant que Chef de Projets, vous pilotez des projets de A à Z, depuis la prise de commande jusqu'à la fin de la période de garantie. Votre mission : garantir la qualité, le respect du budget et des délais, tout en assurant une satisfaction client irréprochable et en préservant les intérêts de l'entreprise.

Missions principales

• Piloter le projet de bout en bout : analyser le dossier technique, définir le planning, organiser les étapes clés et garantir qualité, coûts et délais.
• Coordonner les intervenants : équipes internes, sous‑traitants et client, préparer les VIC, analyser les risques et gérer les autorisations et accès site.
• Gérer les achats et la logistique : passer les commandes dans le budget alloué, préparer le classeur de sécurité et les ordres de mission.
• Assurer le suivi opérationnel : centraliser les rapports d'intervention, mettre à jour les plans d'action, risques, coûts et planning lors des revues de projet.
• Suivre la relation et la satisfaction client : être le point de contact principal, communiquer régulièrement et obtenir les réceptions provisoires/définitives.
• Piloter la dimension administrative et financière : suivre la facturation sous‑traitants, lancer la facturation client et contribuer aux sujets transverses (SAP, Share Point, FSL, etc.).

Profil recherché

Formation

• Bac+5 en Génie électrique ou équivalent

Expérience

• Minimum 5 ans en Gestion de projet dans un domaine similaire

Compétences techniques

• Connaissance de la moyenne tension
• Planification
• Maîtrise de l'anglais (échanges réguliers avec les usines basées en Europe)
• Culture HSE
