About the Role

Join a dynamic team where you will lead engineering projects in Distribution Solutions. Utilize your expertise in ABB systems and collaborate with clients to deliver innovative solutions. Currently we are looking for a R&D Project Manager as a member of Technology Center team in Przasnysz.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to ABB's success with technology, software, product, and system development. Each day, you will identify and implement innovative solutions to relevant problems. You will also showcase your expertise by providing ideas and by being able to work both independently and as a part of a Research & Development (R&D) team.

The work model for the role is: onsite / hybrid.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions Division worldwide. Main stakeholders is R&D organization.

Reports to: R&D Team Manager

Responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Working as an independent and reliable contributor in R&D projects with limited supervision
• Performing various tasks in the assigned area (e.g., projects planning & execution, risks management, budget & resources management, stakeholders communication, documentation & compliance, etc.)
• Understanding and applying applicable processes, standards, guidelines, and requirements, including architectural and design constraints
• Driving the achievement of assigned targets (quality, time, scope, cost) and raising and addressing risks

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Project Management
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in electrical / mechanical engineering or related fields are a plus
• Immersed in / engaged in / absorbed in / highly skilled in / you enjoy working with Agile PM, Scrum Master
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management
• Qualified in PMP / PRINCE2, Agile PM, Scrum Master
• At ease communicating in English

About Your Team

You will have chance to collaborate world widely as the team is a part of global R&D organization. As R&D Project Manager you'll be reporting to R&D Team Manager located in Przasnysz and you will become the member of ELDS Technology Center Poland.
