Position Overview
Reports to: Pharma Engineering Manager
We're seeking a talented Automation QA Specialist to help ABB deliver robust, compliant automation solutions to our customers. In this position, you'll play a vital role in supporting validation activities within the TIMS system for DCS projects serving major pharmaceutical clients. You'll join a supportive team where trust and collaboration are key and you'll collaborate closely with engineers and project teams, gaining exposure to cutting-edge automation technologies and complex systems that drive innovation in pharma manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Participate in setting up validation testing activities in TIMS
- Creation and review of test documentation
- Coordinating document deliveries
- Guide engineers to the appropriate quality level
Qualifications
- A technical background with 2–4 years of QA experience in pharmaceutical or biotech production environments
- Solid understanding of project workflows and automation validation processes within the pharmaceutical industry
- Hands-on experience with IT solutions supporting validation activities (experience with TIMS is a strong advantage)
- Ability to thrive in a project-driven organization with defined milestones and multiple parallel projects
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills to assess technical issues and provide optimal solutions for customers
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to ensure QA compliance with customer requirements
Work Environment
You will have a fixed base in our office in Kalundborg, where your employees and close colleagues are also based. We also offer the possibility of working from home a few days a week.
