Role Overview
Reports to: Service Operations Manager
Work model: Onsite
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our operation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, equipment, and products within the warehouse facility while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring safe operations.
Responsibilities
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Sorting and arranging material for storage as per guidelines
- Executing routine activities according to established procedures
- Picking components from stock for dispatch and final packing on pallets
- Transporting boxes, and being responsible for various other collection, storage, and warehouse activities
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase order
- Inspect materials for damage or defects
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, hand trucks)
- Maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse management system
Qualifications
Mandatory:
- 1-2 years of warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift operator certification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with ERP management systems (SAP)
