About the Role
Reports to: Project Operations Manager
Location: Mexico (Robotics Industries division)
Work Model: Hybrid
Note: Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.
Own the Challenge. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the execution of medium-sized projects, ensuring all activities are carried out in compliance with procedures, regulations, standards, and performance targets. You will guide cross-functional teams to meet project requirements, fulfill contractual obligations, and deliver successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project teams by defining execution strategies and overseeing planning, monitoring, and control activities for both internal and external resources
- Ensure efficient resource utilization, monitor project progress, and manage financial performance
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks while pursuing opportunities to enhance project outcomes
- Drive formal project acceptance, contract closure, and customer acknowledgment in alignment with contractual agreements
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects as a Project Manager
- Previous experience in consumer industries such as Food & Beverage, Chemical, or Pharmaceutical
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
- Advanced English proficiency (mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required)
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Strong skills in stakeholder communication, conflict resolution, leadership, negotiation, decision-making, time management, and resilience
- Proficiency in MS Project and familiarity with SAP (preferred)
- Valid visa and passport (preferred)
- Willingness to travel (up to 40%)
