ABB Smart Buildings enables optimization of energy efficiency, safety, security and comfort for any building type, through new installations or retrofit solutions. About the Role

This position reports to: Sales Manager - Channel

This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Building in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Aligning the promotional strategy and activities plan with the sales strategy and sales activities plan.
• Ensuring that the Promotions team supports the Sales organization by providing on-time and quality technical support and technical training to the target audience resulting in high customer satisfaction.
• Creating business opportunities by providing support and fostering collaborations with key decision-makers, both within buying and non-buying segments.
• Providing support to customers, particularly consultants, engineering firms, and architect offices, in project development and technical problem-solving.
• Designing promotional strategy in line with the sales strategy.
• Ensuring the planning and timely execution of promotional activities with appropriate technical content for the assigned target audience.
• Leading, developing, and coaching the Technical Design and Promotions team proactively and ensuring a high level of technical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years in design, engineering, and consulting, particularly in electrical systems.
• Skilled in providing technical consulting and tailored design solutions in client-facing roles.
• Proven experience in managing, mentoring, and developing engineering teams.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with specialized consultants in areas like electrical design and system integration.
• Experienced in working closely with contractors to ensure successful design execution and installation.
