This Position reports to: Technical Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Support global sales by advising on technical solutions, products, systems and applications at various stages
• Act as technical leader for large bids, frame agreements, and product approvals
• Provide technical presentations on product portfolio and applications to new and existing customers
• Work with account managers and area sales managers to build partnerships with selected customers
• Provide technical training to local sales teams and customers to help increase product adoption and overall market technical capabilities
• Provide customer feedback on new product opportunities, product gaps, and market trends to the product management team and suggest actions
• Work with cutting-edge technology and top experts to engineer solutions that shape the future

Qualifications

• Technical college or higher
• Knowledge of protective relays and their applications
• At least 3 years of experience with Omicron or similar test equipment
• Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English and Japanese
• A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
