Position Mission

Are you passionate about product marketing and technical solutions in the energy sector?

ABB is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Engineer to join our **Electrification **division in Brazil, supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies for the Medium Voltage portfolio.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving product positioning, market development, and commercial support for solutions such as medium voltage circuit breakers, switches, and contactors. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and global teams, ensuring alignment with global strategy while addressing local market needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for the Medium Voltage portfolio, aligning local initiatives with global product guidelines and business objectives.

  • Support the Sales team with technical and commercial expertise, contributing to increased market share, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct market analysis, including competition, pricing, and trends, identifying growth opportunities and supporting strategic decision-making.

  • Drive product positioning across strategic segments such as panel builders, system integrators, and industrial customers.

  • Act as a technical reference for the portfolio, supporting product specifications, applications, and lifecycle management.

  • Develop and deliver product training, technical presentations, and marketing materials for internal teams and customers.

  • Support product launches, portfolio updates, and continuous improvement initiatives based on market feedback.

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and R&D teams to ensure alignment across the product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering.

  • Experience in product marketing, technical sales, or product management within the energy sector.

  • Knowledge of Medium Voltage products such as circuit breakers, switches, contactors, and their applications.

  • Understanding of the Medium Voltage panel builder market and industrial applications.

  • Intermediate English for interaction with global teams.

  • Availability to travel.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with market analysis, pricing strategies, and product positioning.

  • Spanish for regional communication.
