This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we've announced the plan for Soft Bank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. Your Role and Responsibilities

Work model: Onsite

Reports to: Site Manager-Team Leader

  • Responsible for the quality, progress and safety of the whole link from site construction to acceptance as well as mass production maintenance
  • Assist the Project Manager to communicate with customers and suppliers to ensure that the project is completed in accordance with the quality and schedule required by the technical agreement
  • Communicate with the team's proposal, design, site engineer and other teams to timely communicate and solve the problems encountered in the project implementation, including but not limited to mechanical and electrical installation and robot programming on site
  • Prepare logistics, storage of materials, applications for the authority of outsourcing suppliers, task/shift assignment, and daily management
  • Lead the on-site team, track and record equipment failures with customers every day, solve problems timely, and maintain updated issues lists
  • Build the on-site team, including team organization structure construction, participant selection, and supplier capability assessment
  • Ensure the output and stability of the team
  • Maintain relationships with customers on site and gain the trust of key stakeholders

Qualifications for the Role

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in Automation, Robotics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, etc.
  • More than 5 years' experience in technical support, service engineer, or debugging engineer in automation industry, able to independently take responsibility for on-site mechanical and electrical installation and debugging, programming and debugging
  • OR at least 3 years' experience in site management, with rich experience in site communication and problem solving
  • More than 3 years' experience in site management with rich experience in site management
  • Familiar with the 3C industry, as well as the general application of robotic equipment in the 3C industry
  • Knowledge of industrial robots; experience with ABB robots is preferred
  • Good English reading and writing; good oral English is preferred
  • Able to travel and work overtime
