Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will support the implementation of the local quality strategy by contributing to quality culture, systems and continuous improvement activities. Through close cooperation with production and engineering teams, you will help ensure product quality, customer satisfaction and efficient, sustainable operations.

The work model for the role is: onsite

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Provide day-to-day quality support to production and cooperate closely with Production and Engineering teams

• Participate in customer complaint handling, nonconformity (NCR) analyses and root cause investigations

• Initiate, implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions to ensure product and process quality

• Report key quality indicators and prepare quality analyses to support decision-making

• Perform internal audits and support compliance with applicable quality standards

• Support incoming inspections and supplier quality activities, including supplier complaint processes

• Maintain and update quality documentation, procedures and work instructions

• Support quality planning activities in line with APQP requirements and promote quality awareness across the organization

Qualifications for the role

• Technical education - secondary minimum. Higher education preferred in engineering or related fields

• Initial experience in a Quality function within a manufacturing environment

• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and engineering drawings

• Knowledge of basic quality tools; familiarity with APQP will be an advantage

• Communicative level of English and Polish, both spoken and written

• Strong teamwork skills combined with good organization and prioritization abilities

• Proactive, systematic and detail-oriented approach to problem solving
