Position Overview

Title: Accounting & Reporting Analyst – Master Data Governance

Reports to: Senior Finance Manager

Work Model: Onsite

Role Summary

Responsible for the full lifecycle management of the company's core master data, establishing master data standards and quality systems, ensuring data compliance and accuracy through the SAP MDG platform, supporting business system operations and audits, and promoting governance optimization and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Master Data Full Lifecycle Management: Execute master data creation, modification, archiving, and other operations; verify application compliance and uniqueness to prevent errors and duplicate data.

• Master Data Quality Control: Inspect master data quality, monitor key KPIs and generate reports, handle data anomalies in a closed-loop manner, and promote standardized cleaning of dirty data.

• Governance Framework Development and Optimization: Participate in formulating master data standards and validation rules, optimize governance processes, clarify responsibilities, and prepare SOPs and operation manuals.

• MDG System Operation and Support: Responsible for daily operation and configuration of SAP MDG, monitor cross-system data synchronization, and handle system and interface issues.

• Compliance and Cross-Department Collaboration: Assist internal and external audits to ensure compliance; coordinate with departments to resolve data disputes and provide master data training and consultation.

• Project Support and Continuous Improvement: Participate in projects such as master data migration and system upgrades, handle data processing; promote governance automation to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting, Economics or business administration
• 1-2 years of job experience in finance and accounting position in manufacturing and trading company (MNC preferred)
• Good written and verbal communication in English
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and internal control improvements
• Experience in SAP/Good Excel/BI/PPT/Power BI/AI Skill
• Strong data sensitivity and clear logical reasoning in calculations
• Positive mindset, quick learner, patient and good interpersonal skills
• Result orientation and customer focused
