Ihre Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten

Der Field Application Engineer vermarktet komplexe, technische Produkte und überzeugt Kunden mit tiefen technischen Fach- und ausgeprägten Vertriebs-Kenntnissen im Bereich der Elektroinstallation. Der FAE bietet praktische und individuelle Lösungen für unsere Kunden und hilft bei der Planung technischer Produkte vom Zähler- und Messwandler-Schrank bis hin zum Wohnungs- und Unterverteiler inkl. Auswahl der passenden Reiheneinbaugeräte. Dabei steht der FAE in enger Abstimmung mit Accountmanager und Kunden.

Sie sind hauptsächlich verantwortlich für:

• Technischer Vertrieb und Bindeglied zwischen Produktlösung von ABB und Kunden
• Technische Beratung, Planung und Unterstützung bei ABB-Produkten und -Systemen
• On-Demand-Training beim Kunden vor Ort
• Umschlüsselung von Wettbewerbsprodukten zur Angebotserstellung
• Marktbeobachtung für spezifische Lösungen im Fachbereich und entsprechender Unterstützung der Segmente und des Produktmarketings bei Neu- und Weiterentwicklungen

Qualifikationen für die Rolle

• Meister Elektrotechnik / Techniker / Ausbildung in Elektrotechnik
• Erfahrung im Vertrieb
• Kenntnisse über Elektroinstallation
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Grundkenntnisse Englisch
