About the Role
To strengthen our ABB Ability™ Manufacturing Operations Management team, we are looking for a Product Owner, who is an effective team player with excellent communication skills. The Manufacturing Operation Management portfolio encompass capabilities of process intelligence and manufacturing execution helping various plant stakeholder's effective decision-making and reliable lean production execution by fully integrated operations. You will be working in cross-functional team which operates in an international environment. Being part of this team means also being a part of the huge stream which operates using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Reports to: Software Product Development Team Leader
Work model: Hybrid
Responsibilities
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Collaborate closely with Product Manager, Release Owner, Product Owners and Architects
- Ensure that business requirements are clearly defined and well understood by a R&D
- Setting objectives and removing obstacles to drive the team towards successful outcomes
- Own and manage the team backlog, define priorities and establish clear acceptance criteria
- Deliver technical solutions that drive both the product and business outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 5+ years of professional experience in the same or similar role
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successful software delivery
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps
- Hands-on experience in technical solutions to realize products and business outcomes
- Personal interest in the latest software technologies related to IIoT, containerization, microservices
- Team player, fast learner and trend follower, willing to work in a team
- Great verbal and written communication skills in English
