As a Senior Data Scientist, you will help build the next generation of AI/ML-enabled solutions that support our strategic vision of digitalizing industrial projects and operational risk management. You will apply your skills in machine learning, cloud platforms—particularly Snowflake and Azure—agile delivery, and software engineering to design and deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions across global initiatives. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
- 4+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying machine learning or AI solutions in industrial or enterprise environments
- Practical proficiency with Snowflake (including data warehousing, Snowpark, stored procedures, and dynamic tables) and experience in working with Azure cloud platforms such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Synapse
- Proficient foundation in statistics and machine learning algorithms, with the ability to explain and apply concepts related to explainable AI (XAI)
- Solid programming skills in Python and SQL, combined with reliable software engineering practices (version control, testing, modular design)
- Experience working in Agile delivery frameworks, including Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, sprint planning, and backlog management
- Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale ML projects such as churn modelling, customer retention, risk analytics, or dynamic process modelling
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business insights and collaborate effectively across global teams
