This position reports to: Planning & Fulfillment Specialist

The work model for the role is #. This role is contributing to the ELSP Electrification in Mebane.

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule which can be executed. Each day, you will translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time-phased build schedule. You will also showcase your expertise by establishing key performance indicators of master plan accuracy.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Ensuring the interaction with a firm's functional managers, and tracking and maintaining the forecast through timely and accurate feedback
• Assembling master schedule report that encompasses performance against the business plan, shipment plan, inventory plan, and production plan
• Identifying current planned level of demand and creating tactical production plans to meet the identified customer demand
• Scheduling supply based on the product mix and providing accurate commitment dates to the customer service team across multiple product lines

Qualifications for the Role

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field or Associate Degree with 2 years experience in Supply Chain
• Ability to demonstrate your experience of 2 years of experience in Scheduling, Materials, Warehousing
• Ability to demonstrate Knowledge of ERP system
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP & Microsoft Office
• You are at ease communicating in English
• Candidates must already have work authorization to work in the US
