$125,600 - $149,150 bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
The world's leading beverage company is home to the largest and most well-known and loved beer brands. We’re looking for a Digital Brand Manager to join the team and lead end to end strategy across organic social and earned media campaigns.
As the Digital Brand Manager, you are responsible for owning strategy and execution of digital and social content across all organic and earned media campaigns. You will lead communication with agency partners and internal brand leads, review social posts and activations across various channels, lead all aspects of content creation, and handle media partner relationships to deliver content in a timely manner. Looking for an individual who can leverage appropriate channels and moments to drive engagement that ultimately drive brand goals. Must be excellent at working cross functionally and adding expertise for ecommerce, website, email, data, and doer teams as well as strategically and creatively supporting national, partnership, and retail programs. Excellent communication and industry knowledge is important in order to be successful in this role.
This role will also manage Busch Light’s influencers, Merchandise, website, email and social strategy.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- LEADING
- Organic Social: Content calendar, social photo-shoots, equity and earned campaign social plan, social reporting, paid support of organic social
- Social Earned: Briefing, execution, creative, reporting, rules, data forms for planned or real time social led earned moments
- ecommerce: Digital shelf content, brand ecommerce dollars execution, portfolio e-comm POC, brand ecommerce creative
- Influencer: Unpaid roster, recruitment, seeding kits, influencer social posts
- CRM: All emails from Bud including always on, earned, promo launches, merchandise
- Website: Ongoing site management and content upload, product launches, Earned campaign page builds
- CM Management
- Data team
- 5 days in office
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 6+ years experience as a Digital Brand Manager
- Experience driving organic social and earned media campaign strategy and activations
- Ability to strategical leverage various social channels; Instagram, Facebook, Twitter
- Understanding of brand messaging and content in order to lead a team of designers and give direction for content that aligns with brand goals
- Experience working with media agencies and/or social partners for execution of campaigns
- Previous expertise at a social or digital media agency, brand company, and/or social platform
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally within a large organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as ability to stay up to date with social trends
- Ability to work in an environment of tight deadlines, and to consistently challenge and be challenged on performance results
