ROLE SUMMARY:

Join the Anheuser-Busch Brewery Experience as a Gift Shop Team Member at our Tour Center. In this guest-facing role, you will welcome visitors from the community and around the world, delivering excellent customer service while supporting retail operations. Team Members assist guests throughout their shopping experience, operate a computer-based point-of-sale (POS) system, and help maintain an engaging, well-organized retail environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome, greet, and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Process sales transactions and operate a computer-based POS system

• Assist guests on the sales floor by providing product and merchandise information

• Replenish merchandise, restock store displays, and maintain visual presentation standards

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines

• Partner with the Team Leads to support daily operations and additional needs

• Assist during private events and high-traffic periods as required

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• High school diploma or GED required

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Excellent verbal communication and attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

• Willingness and ability to learn and use inventory management systems

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments

• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds, including overhead lifting

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry throughout the entire shift
