The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Senior Data Analytics Developer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading the design, development, and automation of end-to-end audit analytics across core SAP business processes (OTC, P2P, R2R, Inventory, Fixed Assets, and Master Data) to enhance audit coverage and risk identification.

• Implementing scalable, repeatable analytics solutions using SAP ECC/S4HANA data, Snowflake SQL, Python, and SAP HANA to support continuous controls monitoring and data-driven audit insights.

• Determining key trends, anomalies, and root causes through advanced descriptive and diagnostic analytics, translating complex results into clear, actionable insights for audit and business stakeholders.

• Supporting global audit teams by developing visually compelling Power BI dashboards, responding to audit and management data requests, and collaborating within an Agile delivery model.

• **Demonstrating willingness to be on-call, as needed, to support critical analytics, audit deliverables, and time-sensitive stakeholder requests.

Your Skills and Expertise Minimum Qualifications

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

• 4 to 7 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering data analytics solutions using SQL and Python in a private, public, government or military environment

• Experience extracting, validating, and analyzing large-scale enterprise data, including ERP-based financial or operational data

• Hands-on experience working with SAP data sources (e.g., ECC and/or S/4HANA tables, views, or T-Codes)

• Experience translating analytical results into clear, actionable insights for business or audit stakeholders

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Additional Qualifications That Could Help You Succeed Even Further in This Role Include

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited institution

• Seven (7) years of experience building advanced analytics, automation, or data-driven solutions in a complex enterprise environment within a private, public, government or military setting

• Strong skills in analytical reasoning, critical thinking, problem-solving, and executive-level communication
