Job Description: Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to support the Consumer business. This role is crucial for improving operational efficiency across various products and processes. The specialist will turn strategic goals into efficient workflows, leveraging expertise in **systems life cycles, material master data management and marketing activities .**The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive grasp of material creation processes, building strong partnerships Marketing team. Your contributions will be crucial in driving data consistency and process improvements to meet evolving customer demands. Primary Responsibilities include

  • Material Creation Process Management:

Execute and coordinate the regional end-to-end material creation process, ensuring timely completion of material requests and meeting customer expectations

  • Process Optimization & Troubleshooting:

Identify and resolve workflow delays, escalate issues when necessary, do timely follow-ups on tasks and drive continuous improvement projects to enhance processes, data quality, and reduce cycle times.

  • Data Governance & Compliance:

Maintain proficient knowledge of material creation processes and master data governance, ensuring adherence to global and divisional data standards before approving data loads and changes.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Support:

Work closely with Marketing and other teams to expedite requests and provide training on workflow tools; Collaborate with Category and portfolio leaders to manage the sample request using Sales force Service Cloud;

  • Vendor and PO Management :

You will work with third-party indirect vendors to create purchase requisitions (PR) and raise purchase orders (POs) using SAP Service Request Management (SRM)

  • Reporting & Data Analysis:

You will generate reports and metrics using existing dashboards and reporting tools or by manually extracting data. You will also need to analyze this data to provide valuable insights

Requirement Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional working experience
  • Relevant experience in Material Management (MM) in SAP
  • Has relevant knowledge on using the SAP – SRM for PO raising;
  • Experience with metrics and reporting
  • Knowledge of process and tools
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Understanding of the product portfolio and the ability to analyze sales and margin data

Education:

Bachelor's degree or a three-years professional degree or higher from an accredited university.

Language:

English is required, and Korean or Japanese is an advantage.

Soft Skills:

Must be a strong communicator, a team player, and an independent problem-solver. You should be task-oriented, capable of working with cross-functional teams, and have strong analytical skills to connect data points.

Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are considered a plus:

  • Certifications:
  • Lean/Six Sigma Certified (Green Belt/Black Belt).
  • Project Management or SCRUM Certification.
  • Marketing certifications.
  • Knowledge:
  • Understanding of campaign print collateral and POSM production/delivery.
  • Understanding of sourcing, manufacturing, supply chain, and packaging**.**
  • Skills:
  • Knowledge of PBI
  • Experience using Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Knowledge of the business, technologies, and culture of 3M.
