Job Description:

• Develop, optimize, and validate test methods for tape and adhesive performance.
• Build and enhance testing capability, including equipment evaluation and process improvement.
• Standardize test procedures, documentation formats, and technical reporting practices.
• Ensure testing reliability through method consistency, repeatability, and cross‑lab/location alignment.
• Build up and maintain databases of test methods, testing data, testing tools for technical team sharing.
• Analyze test data, identify performance trends, and provide clear interpretation to project teams.
• Manage technical data sheets (TDS) with testing support, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.
• Prepare standardized technical reports to support product development, qualification, and customer requests.
• Partner with application engineer, product developer, product engineering, and quality teams to ensure test methods meet application needs.
• Explore and apply digital and AI tools for data processing, automation, and workflow efficiency.
• Support training and knowledge transfer on standardized test methods and best practices.
