Als **Produktionsarbeitsvorbereiter (m/w/) im Bereich Glowing am Standort Kempten haben Sie die Möglichkeit Ihr Wissen zielgerichtet einzusetzen, um unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg voranzubringen.

Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

• Planung, Steuerung und Vorbereitung von Produktionsaufträgen
• Überwachung und Koordination von Material- und Warenflüssen
• Terminüberwachung von Materialien, Komponenten und Fertigungsaufträgen
• Abstimmung mit Produktion, Lager und Arbeitsvorbereitung
• Unterstützung bei Bestandskontrollen und Inventurvorbereitungen
• Identifikation von Abweichungen im Materialfluss und Einleitung notwendiger Maßnahmen

Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen

Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Industriekaufmann (m/w/)
• Erfahrung in Produktionsplanung, Logistikadministration
• Gute analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
• Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Diese weiteren Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil:

• Sicherer Umgang mit SAP-Systemen und Microsoft Office
