Job Description:
1.Responsible for assigned PA business development as a territory account manager in CBTD.
任职 CBT 区域客户经理,负责所辖区域 3M 乘用车相关业务拓展与销售落地。
2.Cooperate closely with territory sales manager in carrying out sales plan and deliver results.
协同区域销售经理落地销售规划,确保业绩目标达成。
3.Drive retail shop KPI management and business expansion.
推进终端门店 KPI 精细化管理,助力门店业务扩容拓新。
4.Drive AOEM and PDI customer management and market penetration.
负责主机厂 & PDI 汽贸集团客户维护,深耕渠道、提升市场渗透率。
5.Complete new product launch preparation and achieve regional commercialization targets.
统筹区域新品上市全流程筹备,达成新品商业化销售指标。
6.Conduct market research & segment analysis for designated products, capture market trends and customer demands.
针对指定产品开展市场调研与细分赛道分析,精准洞察市场动态及客户需求。
7.Complete other work assigned by the supervisor.
完成上级交办的其他临时性工作。
1.Bachelor’s degree or above.
本科及以上学历。
2.Over 3 years of relevant sales experience in the industry; candidates with MNC, OEM or PDI key account sales background are preferred.
3年以上相关行业销售从业经验;有外企、主机厂、PDI 大客户销售经验者优先。
3.Innovative mindset, with strong analytical capability and professional selling skills.
具备创新思维,优秀的数据分析能力与商务谈判销售技巧。
4.Outstanding problem-solving ability and strong execution.
抗压能力强,高效解决业务问题,落地执行力突出。
5.Excellent cross-team coordination and communication skills.
具备优秀的对内对外沟通协调能力。
6.Proficient in written & oral English for daily business communication.
熟练掌握英语,可流畅开展书面及口语商务沟通。
7.Skilled in office software (Excel, PPT, etc.) for data analysis and report presentation.
精通 Excel、PPT 等办公软件,可独立完成数据复盘与商务汇报。
