Manage CBG portfolio sales in Modern Trade Channel. Work on growth strategy and quarterly programs in line with portfolio plan and account priorities. Account relationship and alignment on strategy and quarterly / monthly programs. Manage a team of KAMS working for different customers and Sell-out team to drive POS.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Sales and deliver the plan for CBG portfolio in MT
  • Alignment of Quarterly plans with the account – POS / primary plan / budgets
  • Identify growth opportunities and build plans to realize opportunities
  • Deployment of resources – KAMs and Sell-out team – 3M FTE and promoters and merchandisers
  • TOT with all accounts
  • AR management – timely collections and claim management
  • Effective execution of monthly programs by the Sell-out team with alignment with accounts
  • Forecasting and ensuring Fill-rates >95%
  • Understanding Shares and category performance and competitor activities
  • Understanding Channel trends and planning proactive steps for effective business management
  • Building a strong MT KAM and Sel-out team

Accountability

  • Achieving Sales for CBG portfolio in MT
  • Budgets – MDF / External Services
  • Account relationships – helping drive business growth
