**Job Description:Production Operator – Menomonie, WIShifts: Fixed day or night shift, depending on availability (8–12 hours)

Starting Pay:

• $22.14 to $27.61per hour, depending on job responsibilities
• $2.00 per hour differential for night shift and double time pay on Sunday
• Pay increases throughout the first year as you learn new tasks and take on more responsibility.

What You Bring

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (completed before the start date)
• Ability to work 8 to 12-hour shifts and overtime as required
• Reliable transportation to Menomonie, WI (54751), or relocation before starting
• Completion of a job-related readiness assessment
