Job Description:

As a Packaging Analyst at 3M Wroclaw, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading the creation of packaging documentation and data management for assigned divisions
• Collaborating with Packaging Engineers as well as plant and business partners
• Interpreting and analyzing data to support improvements and reconcile discrepancies, ensuring data accuracy across systems
• Applying quality management requirements to department operations
• Prioritizing work to meet changing needs and interdepartmental goals

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university (completed and verified prior to start)
• Two (2) years of analyst or data experience
• Strong verbal and written communication and project management skills
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Problem solving
• Fluent in English, other languages beneficial but not essential and culturally sensitive

Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience working in a packaging organization
• Experience working on a cross-functional team
