The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented execution expert who lives on the floor and ensures plans translate into reality. This role is responsible for converting operational priorities into detailed execution plans and ensuring data integrity across all systems. Hands-on presence, analytical rigor, and relentless focus on process adherence are core to success in this position. The ideal candidate will audit systems, identify gaps between digital and physical reality, and work cross-functionally to keep operations running smoothly. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Takes priorities and goals from the Operations Lead and creates the detailed execution plan to meet them - Lives on the floor with highly visible, hands-on presence - Audits process and system adherence across all shifts - Audits data to ensure digital systems match physical reality (inventory, work orders, repair codes, etc.) - Root causes data quality issues and flags them to Ops Lead and Supervisors - Works with Odoo team to resolve system issues or design changes needed - Keeps the machine running according to plan - Holds supervisors accountable for process adherence and meeting execution targets REQUIREMENTS - 5+ years in manufacturing, hardware service, robotics operations or production leadership - Proven ownership of cycle time, throughput or production KPIs - Experience managing live-floor operations under pressure - Strong root cause analysis and structured problem-solving ability - Demonstrated ability to remove bottlenecks and improve flow - High bias for action and strong operational judgment - Clear, direct communicator who drives accountability - Comfortable working on the floor daily (not a desk-only role) Benefits & Compensation - Salary Range: $90,000 – $120,000 + Equity - Health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) with company match - Paid time off and holidays Equal Opportunity Employer 1X is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
