Barista (1st Shift) Location: Hayward, CA (on-site) About 1X We build humanoid robots that work alongside people to solve labor shortages and create abundance. Role Overview The Barista at 1X’s Hayward Manufacturing Plant is responsible for preparing and serving coffee and espresso drinks, maintaining a clean and organized café area, and restocking snacks and supplies daily. This role supports employees across the plant by providing fast, consistent service during busy shifts and keeping the café running smoothly throughout the day.
