I've been seeing HeyRamp pop up a bunch lately in startup Slack groups and people ops newsletters, especially when folks talk about tools for first-time managers. We're a 40-person team that's growing fast, and I'm stepping into managing a few reports for the first time. No idea how to handle different personality types in 1:1s or structure reviews without it feeling awkward. From what I've read on their site and some G2 reviews, HeyRamp seems built right for this.
