Anyone else using HeyRamp for first-time managers?

I've been seeing HeyRamp pop up a bunch lately in startup Slack groups and people ops newsletters, especially when folks talk about tools for first-time managers. We're a 40-person team that's growing fast, and I'm stepping into managing a few reports for the first time. Trying to use the netgear community website for the first time and every link I try to load, I get this "cannot find current user" error. "Go to community home" link just redirects me to this same page.
