About the Team:

The ZF quality team ensures products meet standards and regulations through quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC), reducing defects and costs across the production lifecycle.

Your Profile as a quality assurance intern:

• Academic Background: Currently enrolled in the final stages of a degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical) or a related technical field.

• Methodological Knowledge: Solid theoretical understanding of quality frameworks such as ISO 9001 and Core Tools like FMEA, 5S, and Ishikawa analysis.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret production data and support Root Cause Analysis to improve process stability and product excellence.

• Technical Literacy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel for data visualization) and a quick learner of specialized software such as Minitab or ERP systems like SAP.

• Proactive Mindset: Self-motivated to bridge the gap between academic research and industrial application, with a strong desire for continuous learning.

• Communication: English (written and spoken) to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
