This trainee role is part of Nokia’s Finance team, where you will contribute to process optimization and automation initiatives using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will work closely with finance professionals to identify opportunities for efficiency and implement innovative solutions that transform financial operations. You Have:

• Knowledge of Generative AI and LLMs e.g. MS Copilot Studio, process automation e.g. MS Power Automate, and data analysis
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in basic MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and in MS AI tools (Copilot , Power Platform)

It Would Be Nice If You Also Had

• Experience with Python and AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure AI, etc.).
• Familiarity with Machine Learning, Process Mining, or RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
• An ambitious personal project, for example, developing your own AI solution, application, or automation, or having won a science, mathematics, or programming competition.

Support process optimization initiatives leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Analyze existing workflows and propose improvements through Low Code No Code intelligent automation.
• Collaborate with the financial team to identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with data security and governance policies.
