What you can look forward to as Business Analyst

Global Category Management m/f/d:
-
Collect and process business data from available internal sources (market intelligence, regions, internal systems, OE divisions) to support the creation, deployment and execution of the category and product lines strategy as detailed in the global Category Book.

Be accountable for global data analytics on sales, margin and profitability, including subsequent business recommendations to create necessary dashboards and visibility on the category performance and performance improvement opportunities.

Lead cross-regional alignments and drive decision process based on strong analytic data base to ensure global category targets and KPIs.

Define mid- and long-term strategy for global category analysis in line with global category CV Transmission, Axles, e Power Train growth targets.
-
Drive process improvements for data analytics within the category and contribute to definition, deployment and continuous improvement of standards, processes, tools under the coordination of the functional excellence in the domain.
Your Profile as Business Analyst

Global Category Management m/f/d:
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales processes and business development, with solid understanding of product management.

Advanced analytical skills combined with proficiency in relevant tools and processes.
-
Strong strategic and synthetic thinking, with ability to present data from multiple perspectives and drive business insights.

Fluent English (written and spoken).
Nice to have:
-
Knowledge of PowerBI and SAP.
-
Automotive industry experience, particularly in OES/IAM/Service areas.

Familiarity with ZF products, organizational footprint, structures, and processes.
