What you can look forward to as Technical Project Management Engineer :

  • Customer Relationship & Needs Development: As the technical liaison, proactively visit existing and potential customers regularly to build and maintain solid, trusting relationships. Gain deep insights into customers' immediate needs and long-term product roadmaps.

  • Pre-project Support: Lead initial customer technical communication, solution clarification, and oversee the collection, integration, and review of engineering information required for internal project costing, ensuring technical and commercial accuracy of quotes.

  • Market & Competitive Analysis: During customer interactions, keenly identify shifts in customer requirements. Gather and analyze intelligence on competitors' products, technologies, and commercial activities to inform company strategy.

  • Technical Coordination & Development: Collaborate closely with the sales team on joint technical and commercial engagements with customers. Organize and lead technical workshops and product presentations to showcase company capabilities and win projects.

  • Internal Coordination: Act as the voice of the customer internally. Clearly and accurately communicate customer requirements, project context, and competitor intelligence to internal engineering, testing, and project teams to ensure alignment.

Your Profile as Technical Project Management Engineer :

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related engineering field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering development, testing, or project management related to automotive brake systems (e.g., ESC, EPB, ABS, Calipers) or related chassis components.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills; optimistic, outgoing, proactive, and adept at building relationships with a keen sense for identifying and pursuing opportunities.

  • Strong English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, capable of independent technical communication, email correspondence, and document preparation.

  • Willingness and ability to undertake frequent business travel and work overtime as needed.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating professional technical reports and presentations.

  • Technical background in ONE of the following areas is highly desirable: Vehicle Engineering, Software Development (e.g., Embedded C/C++), Hardware Design (e.g., ECU), Automotive Testing (e.g., HIL, Bench, Road Test).

  • Experience in direct customer-facing roles or close collaboration with sales departments; some experience in project cost analysis or quotation is a plus.
