• Adaptation to Industry 4.0: Implementation of Industry 4.0 concepts, including the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and automation, with the aim of achieving a high level of automation and intelligent production.

• CAPEX standardization:Develop and document new standards for CAPEX planning and requisitions and Support creation of standards for the  preparation of RFQs and RFIs

Your profile as a Principal Engineer Manufacturing:

• Strong engineering background with a focus on mechanical engineering, electronics, or other relevant areas.(5+ years)

• Experience in implementing new manufacturing technologies.

• Knowledge in PLC, programming, reading electrical schemes

• Knowledge in IA Intelligence and Robotics

• Experience with leading planning and scheduling for production

• Ability to lead and adapt to changes in technology, regulations, and the business environment

• Organizational & self-organization skills

• English skills

• Willingness to work in heterogenous, worldwide teams
