As Senior Manager, Organizational Development, you will lead the global strategy and design of core organizational development initiatives within Yum!’s Center of Excellence. This role shapes enterprise-wide approaches to performance management, career development, employee engagement, change management, assessments, and leadership capability—driving organizational effectiveness and enabling corporate employees to grow and thrive.
You will leverage deep Organizational Development expertise to drive breakthrough organizational effectiveness and enable our corporate employees to grow and thrive, translating business needs into scalable, future-ready solutions while delivering data-driven insights that strengthen culture and performance. This role reports to the Director of Yum! Learning & Organizational Development and includes one direct report.
Salary Range: $142,500 - $167,600 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
Minimum Requirements

Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources Development, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in HR or organizational development, preferably within a global organization or Center of Excellence.

At least 3 years of direct responsibility for organizational development programs, with demonstrated business impact.

Responsibilities
- Lead global strategy and design for enterprise organizational development programs, including performance management, goal setting, career development, onboarding, engagement, mentoring, competencies, assessments, and functional training.
- Manage and evolve the organization’s assessment portfolio to support effective hiring, development, and talent decisions.
- Drive modernization of core organizational development and people processes, integrating technology and best practices to improve consistency, effectiveness, and user experience.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define and refine function-specific competencies and capability frameworks aligned to future business needs.
- Identify organizational development gaps and translate global business priorities into long-term organizational development strategies and initiatives.
- Design and deliver change management approaches, tools, and resources to support organizational transformation efforts.
- Leverage HR, survey, and assessment data to generate insights that inform decisions, enhance engagement, and strengthen culture.
- Oversee the organizational development budget, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities and effective use of resources.
