About the Job:

The Sr. Analyst, Brand Strategy is responsible for supporting the team that is tasked with the exciting challenge to identify, explore and launch new ventures within the Taco Bell US business. With this intrapreneurial-style role, the opportunities for learning are endless: the ability to impact the long-term growth of the Taco Bell brand, exposure to white space ideation, continued growth within the marketing brand strategy and planning team and helping to accelerate the success of our new ventures like breakfast or delivery. The Sr Analyst, Brand Strategy will report to the Manager, Brand Strategy – Category Entry Points and help to support a cross-functional group of partners working toward shared outcomes.

Is This You?

  • Understand drivers of business growth to support team’s evaluation of potential category entry points for Taco Bell including research and sizing new opportunities for growth
  • Partner with Product Marketing team & Sr. Brand Manager to draft Idea Briefs and Call For Work Briefs
  • Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional peers to capture inputs from multiple points of view
  • Demonstrate ability to collaboratively brainstorm and explore new brand and business opportunities
  • Support XF team meetings, maintaining accurate notes and relevant files
  • Efficiently assist peers and partners when sought out for information related to brand/creative campaigns and/or test programs
  • Proactively seek opportunities to build know-how
  • Demonstrate curiosity and hunger to learn by asking questions, seeking clarification, forming connections with peers and partners
  • Consistently participate and engage in team bonding events and Marketing Department culture-building activities

Salary Range: ­­**$105,000** to $110,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits

The Day-to-Day:

  • Assist team in identifying dependable research tools (internal and external) to help understand business and brand growth opportunities
  • Demonstrate foundational knowledge of QSR business model
  • Coordinate cross-functional discussions that support and drive forward category entry point workstreams
  • Help to prepare presentations for partners at all levels with coach direction that effectively explain opportunity size and roadmaps to launch
  • Lead creative execution with internal creative agency, support Sr. Manager with creative execution with external agencies
  • Generate timelines/workback schedules for creative campaigns to support national tests and launches
  • Ability to interpret and use customer insights
  • Understand drivers of business growth to support team’s evaluation of potential category entry points for Taco Bell including research and sizing new opportunities for growth
  • Partner with Product Marketing team & Sr. Brand Manager to draft Idea Briefs and Call For Work Briefs
