About the Job:
As part of the North American Development Team, this individual will split their time supporting our Non-traditional business and our existing Corporate Restaurant portfolio. With a revived focus on non-traditional business, we have an opportunity to bring the Taco Bell brand to more captive customers in locations such as Travel Centers, Truck Stops, Airport, Colleges, and Universities. On the corporate restaurant portfolio side, this individual will support all the lease and property needs of our existing Company-owned restaurants. This position is ideal for individuals with high accountability, an interest in strategy and problem-solving, the ability to see the big picture and how we fit into the broader development goals, and the aptitude to build relationships inside and outside of our headquarters to drive progress forward.
The Day-to-Day:
- Support the rollout of Taco Bell development’s non-trad development strategy.
- Partner with SD&A, prepare a 3-year DMA focused remodel and replacement plan for existing equity restaurants based on age of asset, condition, and asset type
- Oversee and manage the Closed Store De-Image Program, Excess Property Disposition and Maintenance, and the Corporate Lease Expiration, renewal and subleased Program
- Support with ad hoc projects as necessary
- Report project updates across IT and A&D functions for existing pipeline
- Prepare Right of First Refusal analysis and provide recommendations to Management
- Review and make a recommendation for Use and Deed Restriction Waiver requests
Is this you?
- BS/BA degree in Finance/Accounting/Real Estate; MBA preferred, or equivalent experience
- 3+ year’s experience in the Construction Management field, preferably in the multi-unit retail/restaurant industry; Development-related experience in the franchising or restaurant industry with proven ability to break through the existing development complexity a plus
- High proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and advanced organizational skills.
- Exceptional time management and self-starter skills; The ability to think and act quickly and effectively under pressure while maintaining a calm, professional attitude, even in crisis situations
- Ability to review and understand financial statements and other legal documents

Salary Range: **$89,300** to $108,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
