• The Consumer Finance Supervisor
• Asia exists to provide dedicated, on-the-ground leadership for Asia-based Consumer Finance portfolios, with a strong focus on collections performance, service quality, and regulatory compliance. As the Asia business continues to expand, this role ensures daily execution, coaching, and accountability are applied consistently to Asia clubs, removing split focus and enabling stronger outcomes across currency, customer experience, and staff capability. The role allows existing supervisory capacity to be fully redeployed to South Pacific portfolios, ensuring both regions receive the depth of leadership required to perform.
