Here’s the Deal:

As a Collections Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple countries, ensuring smooth and effective communication with stakeholders. This role requires over 3 years of experience in leadership roles and managing finance strategy, along with strong capabilities in corporate communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 10–15 people
• Ownership of designated countries
• Strategic planning and performance management
• Ensure consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Support operational excellence within the Collections function

The Basics:

Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience

Years of Experience: 3 years

Software: SAP

English Level: B2–C1

Certifications: N/A
