We're looking for a Guest Experience Host who thrives on creating memorable moments. If you're passionate about hospitality, guest engagement, and working in paradise, we’d love to meet you!

How You'll Shine

As a Guest Experience Host, you'll be the friendly face of the front desk, managing daily operations including welcoming and checking in owners and guests, while providing helpful information about local attractions and resort offerings. You'll also play a key role in engaging with guests to generate interest and appointments for our sales teams via livestream sessions.

This dynamic role is perfect for energetic, customer-focused individuals who are passionate about delivering memorable service and introducing guests to the benefits of holidaying with Club Wyndham.

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will be:

• Previous experience within a similar hotel position
• Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and positive individual
• Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
• High levels of computer literacy
• Previous experience with a PMS system (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera etc) advantageous
• Have the ability to recognise and solve problems in the workplace
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays.
