If you love meeting new people and have an enthusiastic approach to delivering excellent customer service, join our Phillip Island team as a Guest Experience Host today! This role combines guest relations with marketing, so you’ll play a key part in generating leads and driving business growth while ensuring every guest has an exceptional stay.
How You’ll Shine

Greet and register club owners and guests.

Provide information on local attractions and resort amenities.

Complete all department-related paperwork accurately.

Use various communication tools (phones, fax, computer) efficiently.

Assist in the tour generation process to ensure prospects meet company qualification specifications.

Meet guests face-to-face and generate sales appointments for our sales centers, both on site and via livestream.

Establish commonality and build rapport to deliver an exceptional experience.

Work closely with resort operations to provide seamless check-in and overall service.

Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within Travel & Leisure’s community.

Generate leads, maintain regular contact with prospects, and help convert them into confirmed tours.

Achieve weekly and monthly lead-generation targets and broader sales KPIs.

Ensure that prospects meet our qualification criteria without compromising the guest experience.

Assist grounds and reception teams when needed to enhance guest satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality role.

Genuine passion for customer service and local knowledge.

Immaculate presentation and professional grooming.

High level of computer literacy.

Previous experience with a PMS system (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera etc.) is advantageous.

Knowledge of sales force application would be ideal.

Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and public/school holidays.

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and motivated to achieve or exceed KPIs.
