About the Team

Join the Workday Success Plans team as a pioneering AI consultant. This is a unique opportunity to design, build, and scale Agentic AI solutions within the Workday ecosystem. You will be at the forefront of enterprise AI, integrating LLM-driven workflows and orchestration platforms like Flowise with core Workday products.

About the Role Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI-driven workflows using Flowise AI.
  • Build multi-step AI agents that integrate Workday APIs with enterprise systems and external tools.
  • Engineer Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using complex enterprise data sources.
  • Rapidly learn and master diverse Workday modules (HCM, Recruiting, Finance, Payroll, etc.).
  • Master Workday REST/SOAP APIs and orchestrate their data flow within Flowise AI.
  • Define best practices for prompt engineering, tool orchestration, and AI lifecycle management.
  • Partner with customers to identify and prioritize AI use cases across HR, Finance, and Operations.

About You Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • AI framework certifications are a significant plus.
  • Workday certification is desirable but not mandatory.

Core Technical Requirements:

  • 4–10 years of experience in enterprise integration, software engineering, or AI platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with orchestration frameworks such as Langflow, Lang Chain, Auto Gen, or CrewAI is a significant plus.
  • Proficiency (or Nice-to-have knowledge) in Python, Node.js, or TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with Vector databases such as Pinecone or PostgreSQL.
  • A foundational understanding of Generative AI concepts (LLMs, embeddings, and fine-tuning) is highly preferred.

Preferred Experience:

  • Nice to have direct experience or certification in Workday Extend.
  • Exposure to enterprise SaaS environments such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce or Workday.
