Role & Responsibilities

This position is part of Wipro Insights/Knowledge team, providing high-quality, impactful analytical deliverables on assigned projects that enable Wipro practitioners to build client relationships, win pursuits, and strengthen the brand reputation of Wipro's BFSI vertical (Banking, Securities & Capital Markets, Insurance).

Key Responsibilities

• Research, analysis, and insight support for major pursuits
• Thought-provoking analysis and understanding of assigned vertical or topic, with execution of initiatives based on domain knowledge and understanding of market dynamics
• Stakeholder engagement to provide clear perspective on business issues, challenges, and market opportunities through impactful research
• Development and application of consulting and domain-specific solution practices
• Support during client delivery lifecycle stages
• Analyze and understand client priorities through requirements gathering and elicitation
• Support data collection and analysis
• Build core project documentation, installation guidelines, and operating manuals
• Execute functional tests and evaluate results to ensure solution accuracy
• Develop subject matter expertise in area of specialization
• Steer Business Value Meter initiative focusing on emerging technologies (IoT, Cloud, Digital, Blockchain, Automation)
• Support strategic Customer Advocacy Group initiatives
• Plan CQO client connects to enhance customer satisfaction in major/key accounts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science from recognized university
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-driven, analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Positive attitude with ownership mentality

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering degree, Master's degree, or MBA in related field
